A resilient mid season variety known for its large, glossy red color and sweet, juicy berries. Their firmness helps them freeze well. They are hardy, high-producing and disease resistant, making them a favorite among home gardeners and commercial growers, and an especially good choice for the upper Midwest and Northwest.

Honeoye
It is best to set plants in early spring. Select well drained soil that is as free of grass and weed seed as possible. Plant in a 6-8 inch deep furrow so that the crowns are above the soil. All roots need to be below ground for better growing success. Set plants in the row 12-18 inches apart. Suggested row width is 36 to 48 inches. Keep clean of grass and weeds. Plants should be set properly and watered.
