Simmons Plant Farm is family owned and operated. All plants are grown by the Simmons Family. That's why we say "buy from the grower and save money". Simmons Berry Farm was started by Garland and Faye Simmons in 1944. It is still family owned and operated by their son Fred Simmons.

OUR GUARANTEE:

Simmons Plant Farm guarantees that you will receive top quality plants that are both true to name and vigorous in growth when proper care is given.  If you are displeased with our plants notify us within 10 days after receiving your shipment.

 

We shall in no way be liable for any sum greater than the amount originally received for said nursery stock.

CLAIMS:

Claims for any cause must be made promptly upon receipt of stock.  All claims, if any, must be made in writing within 10 days after receipt of stock.  We will not entertain claims after goods have once been accepted, or report is not made in writing within 10 days after receiving stock.

SHIPPING:

All orders will be sent by UNITED PARCEL SERVICE or parcel post.  ON all UPS orders please include your telephone number.  If you live on a rural route, please include highway number if possible.  UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

CAUTION:

We accept all orders subject to crop conditions and on condition that same shall be void should injury befall our stock from hail, fire, frost, error in count, or other causes beyond our control.  All orders are accepted without liability for nonperformance if labor shortages or delay in transportation should prevent us from making our delivery.

CARE OF PLANTS AFTER ARRIVAL:

If plants cannot be set upon arrival, loosen the packing and place them in refrigeration or the coolest place available, out of direct sunlight.  The plants will keep for several days in this manner.  If the plants are placed in refrigeration, DO NOT store them below 30 degrees.
